6 March 2005 Update
Lisa Copeland of the 230 Riverside Drive Tenants Association notes that on Wednesday, 16 March there will be a Co-op and Condo Expo at the Hilton on 6th Avenue. There are seminars and exhibitors. Visit the

John Sheets of the 230 Riverside Drive Tenants Association forwarded a link to a Brown Harris Stevens

What is this site?
This web site is intended to be an information forum for residents of 230 Riverside Drive, New York, NY. It was established shortly after December 31, 2004, when tenants received a preliminary condominium offering plan ("red herring"). It is hoped that this site will be a resource for tenants -- with links to statutes and information sources.
Who Can Use this Site
This site is viewable by all, but to add comments or edit pages, you must be a registered user. To legitimately contribute to this site, you must be a resident of 230 Riverside Drive. On most pages (but not this front page) you can post comments. On many pages, you can even add or edit content. Before you post, though, be sure to review the
